Beginning with merchants sidewalk sales back in the 1940’s, Arthur has started every summer season with a festival and sale.

With its roots as one of the first Merchants Sidewalk Sales Days known back in the early 40’s, Arthur continues the tradition of an old fashioned, small town, early summer special weekend.
