Chet Kingery BlueGrass Jam - May

 Bluegrass is Back in Arthur at the Moultrie -Douglas Fairgrounds

Stage performances begin at noon and are continuous thru the evening. Plenty of room to jam. Food will be available all day.

Acoustic only, and mostly old time, hardcore blue grass. Great for beginners or accomplished pickers. Vocalists are welcomed also. Groups range from 2 to 20, so come to lead, or to stay in the background.

Our namesake, Chet Kingery, by the way, was an Arthur native and a well known  bluegrass player across the Midwest. With his band, he entertained thousands at events and concerts for many years before his passing. 

Bring your instruments, or just a lawn chair and enjoy some great impromptu pickin' and grinnin' all over the fairgrounds
